Transparent, open, forthcoming and above all, client-orientated. That’s what I came to experience when I first met Brendan who then collaboratively led me through a design and build residential construction project. Right from the initial contact, Brendan made notes of key values and construction considerations which he then researched and was able to talk to at our first face-to-face meeting. Instead of disregarding or overlooking ideas that he may not have totally agreed with, Brendan still took these into serious consideration and provided good rationale to support or argue against to come up with a mutually acceptable solution that would eventuate into sound advice. It was as if Brendan knew exactly what I was thinking, as he knew when to provide impromptu updates which left me feeling as I was coming along on the construction journey. It was hard saying goodbye to Brendan and there were definitely BIG shoes to fill, but once again to his testament to happy client outcomes, he provided his new contact details and would often check-in to ensure what he started was just as trouble-free.
